Product Development Officer - Manila

We are hiring a Product Development Officer to join our innovative team. If you have a passion for beverage development, and some pastry offerings experience, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the development and enhancement of high-quality pastry and beverage offerings, ensuring creativity and adherence to brand standards.
• Collaborate closely with the beverage development team to create and refine unique beverage options.
• Conduct basic market research to support the identification of trends and customer preferences.
• Participate in the testing and refinement of new product recipes, providing feedback and suggestions for improvement.
• Support the rollout of seasonal and promotional products by assisting with preparation and documentation.
• Maintain accurate records of recipes, product specifications, and processes to ensure consistency across all locations.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to help ensure a cohesive and well-aligned product line.

Qualifications:

• At least 1–2 years of experience in a support role within product development, preferably involving beverage and pastry creation.
• Strong creative and detail-oriented mindset.
• Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced work environment and manage multiple priorities.
• Good communication and collaboration skills.
• Passion for food and beverage innovation and a commitment to maintaining quality standards.
