The ideal candidate will be proactive, persuasive, and capable of handling both fieldwork and client coordination. This role plays a critical part in driving revenue growth, ensuring operational excellence, and maintaining strong partner performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to support sales growth.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, retail partners, and stakeholders.
- Generate leads and contribute to strategic plans to broaden market reach.
- Act as an offline brand representative through store visits, product presentations, and events.
- Monitor the performance of partners, ensuring they align with sales goals and brand standards.
Key Tasks:
- Conduct regular visits to clients, stores, and warehouses to assess operations and maintain presence.
- Review Purchase Orders (POs) before fulfillment to ensure accuracy and readiness.
- Organize and lead Business Review meetings with partners and key accounts.
- Perform product demonstrations and trainings for clients to drive engagement and understanding.
- Oversee the collection of barcodes and payments to ensure timely and correct processing.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Experience in sales, account management, or field sales is an advantage.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Confident in presenting products and leading meetings.
- Willingness to travel for client and store visits.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and goal-driven.
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM tools.
- Fresh graduates with strong communication skills are welcome to apply.
