Sales and Marketing Associate - Olongapo
The Sales and Marketing Officer / Associate for our elevator company will be responsible for developing and
executing strategic sales and marketing plans to drive the growth of our products and services. This role involves
identifying new business opportunities, building strong relationships with clients in the construction and real estate
sectors, and enhancing brand awareness. The Sales and Marketing Officer will play a critical role in promoting our
elevator solutions, understanding customer requirements, and ensuring the company & goals are met.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Strategy and Client Acquisition:
architects, contractors, and property managers.
o Identify and pursue new business opportunities to increase sales of elevators and related services.
o Prepare and deliver customized presentations and proposals to showcase the benefits of our
elevator solutions.
o Conduct site visits to better understand client needs and provide tailored recommendations.
o Negotiate contracts and manage the sales process from lead generation to closing.- Relationship Building and Customer Service:
o Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients and industry stakeholders.
o Provide expert advice on elevator products and services, addressing technical queries and concerns.
o Conduct regular follow-ups to ensure client satisfaction and explore opportunities for repeat
business.
o Collaborate with the technical team to ensure smooth project execution and client handover.- Market Analysis and Strategy Development:
o Conduct thorough market research to stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and
emerging technologies in the elevator industry.
o Analyze market data to identify potential growth areas and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
o Develop marketing campaigns and initiatives to promote our brand and solutions effectively.- Marketing and Brand Promotion:
o Manage the company’s digital presence, ensuring the social media platforms are engaging and up to
date.
o Organize and participate in industry trade shows, networking events, and product demonstrations to
increase brand visibility.
o Regular engaging in all the company’s social media ads (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and LinkedIn)- Reporting and Performance Analysis:
o Track and report on sales and marketing activities, providing insights into campaign performance
and sales metrics.
o Submission and Updating of Sales Pipeline Weekly.
o Prepare regular updates for management on sales forecasts, challenges, and new opportunities.
o Make sure that their SMOs has a minimum of 20 RFQ monthly.
o Submission of Monthly Workload every 3 rd week of the month.
