POSITION: COMMERCIAL DIRECTOR

Sales Management:

• Ensures compliance and integrity of Rate Structure
• Conducting market research and analysis to understand market conditions, industry trends, and commercial opportunities.
• Monitoring the performance of commercial activities using key performance indicators (KPIs) and data analysis.

Operational Excellence:

• Developing and implementing commercial strategies to accelerate company growth and align with business goals.
• Planning and executing marketing campaigns to generate new revenue streams.
• Setting financial targets, developing budgets, and ensuring business operations remain within budget.
• Provide sales technique training and advice on conducting higher level client meetings and strategize on account development and team selling.
• Review weekly schedules to ensure quality appointments and adequate volume.
• Administer sales territory and account assignment changes to ensure client coverage and provide “equal opportunity” for each manager.
• Responsible to monitor competitors and provide regular feedback.

• A bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, or a related field; a master's degree is an advantage.
• At least six (6) years of experience in similar capacity.
• Proficient in Hotel Software (Protel, Fidelio, Opera etc.).
• Proven experience in a commercial director or relevant role.
• Experience in sales, marketing, and client relationship management.
