• Set up machines according to specifications, ensuring correct settings for a production run.
• Monitor the performance of machines during production runs to ensure they are functioning optimally.
• Identify and troubleshoot machine malfunctions.
• Perform routine maintenance, including cleaning, lubricating, and making minor repairs.
• Report any safety hazards or machine malfunctions to the production manager.
• Load and unload raw materials and finished products. Ensure materials are used efficiently and that excess waste is minimized.
• Maintain accurate records of production runs, including batch numbers, machine settings, and operational parameters.
• Perform good manufacturing practices (GMP), follow FDA safety standards, and follow standard operating procedures (SOPs).

QUALIFICATION:

• High school diploma or equivalent. Technical certifications or vocational training in machine operation or manufacturing processes is a plus.
• Previous experience as a machine operator in a manufacturing or industrial environment is preferred.
• Ability to stand for long periods, lift heavy items (up to a certain weight), and work in a
• noisy, fast-paced environment. May require working with hot, heavy, or moving parts
• High attention to detail, ensuring the accuracy and quality of products.
