Automation Engineer / Project Site Engineer - Manila

Project Site Engineer:

• Collaborate with project managers to prepare and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets.
• Oversee daily on-site activities to ensure compliance with design specifications, codes, and regulations.
• Coordinate and supervise the work of team and subcontractors, ensuring they follow safety protocols and best practices.
• Conduct site inspections to monitor progress and address any issues or discrepancies that may arise.
• Participate in meetings and coordinate with cross-functional teams, including architects, contractors, and clients.
• Assist in the procurement of materials and equipment needed for on-site activities.
• Maintain accurate records of project progress, including daily reports, material inventory, and labor distribution.
• Liaise with architects, engineers, and other professionals to clarify design and specification details.
• Manage project documentation and submittals.
• Support quality control efforts and ensure that all work meets the required standards and specifications.
• Assist in the resolution of any technical challenges or conflicts on-site.

Automation Engineer:

• Assist in the design and development of BMS/EMS solutions based on project requirements.
• Conduct system configuration, programming, and integration of BMS/EMS components.
• Assist in the installation, commissioning, and troubleshooting of BMS/EMS equipment.
• Perform system testing and verification to ensure compliance with design specifications.
• Provide technical support to clients, addressing their queries and concerns related to BMS/EMS systems.
• Stay updated with industry trends, technologies, and best practices in BMS engineering.
• Participate in meetings and coordinate with cross-functional teams, including architects, contractors, and clients.
