Technical service adviser

Job Description

• Consultant in Machine Maintenance, Operation and Factory Management. Provide advises, and counsel for decision-making, maintain a cost-effective spare parts for machine parts, operation and factory management. Assess and evaluate all types of machines and ensure the desired schedule for preventive maintenance. Monitor implementation of preventive maintenance schedule base on plans to minimize downtime and extend the lifespan of machinery using specialized tools and equipment for mechanical system.
• Communicate with clients and suppliers especially Japanese on machine matters.
• Technical adviser for improvement on parts, operation and interact with team leaders to understand project requirements and expectations and coordinate with operation teams in developing project solutions to ensure quality and cost-effectiveness. Develop new technology to help monitor the equipment and improve performance reliability.

• High School graduate or any related Technical Courses.
• Can communicate with Japanese clients fluently especially in machine and technical matters and able to conduct meetings.
• Extensive experience in problem-solving especially in machine troubleshooting and operation issues, and in-depth analysis to solve complicated machine issues.
