Job description- Research, design, and develop engaging, learner-centered training programs and materials.
- Facilitate interactive sessions and assess learning through pre/post-tests.
- Provide feedback, coaching, and support to participants, and track training progress.
- Coordinate logistics, improve courses based on feedback, and stay updated on training trends.
- Prepare and submit reports.
- Conduct employee surveys, focus groups, and interviews to gather data on employee
- Conduct organizational assessments to identify strengths, weaknesses, opportunities,
- Design and implement initiatives to foster a positive, inclusive, and psychologically safe work environment
- Research and identify best practices in organizational development, employee engagement, and well-being
- Bachelor's degree in Organizational Development, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Human Resources, or any related field.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Proven experience conducting employee surveys, focus groups, and interviews to assess engagement, satisfaction, and well-being.
