Job Responsibilities:

Provide top-tier admin and operational support to executives or project teams
Manage schedules, emails, and client communication with attention to detail
Coordinate meetings, reports, follow-ups, and deadlines
Handle document prep, data entry, and basic research
Support B2B communication (you know the vibe—professional but not robotic)
Keep everything organized, updated, and efficient behind the scenes

Requirements

3+ years of proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or in a similar role
College graduate
Comfortable working with B2B clients and stakeholders
Tech-savvy with tools like GSuite, Zoom, Slack, Trello, etc.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
A+ at time management, prioritization, and staying cool under pressure
Amenable to work on a night-shift schedule
