Business Development Associate Hybrid Setup

Adarna House is currently in need of a Business Development Associate for Retail.

The position reports to the Business Development Manager and will be responsible for generating sales and developing business partnerships. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Contributing to the overall sales targets of the company by building retail business relationships
• Creating and implementing different promotional strategies
• Handling sales order placements and other customer requirements.
• Handling inquiries, issues, and concerns of clients.
• Assisting in implementing sales activities and literacy programs.
• Supporting customer service, marketing, and other departments in delivering quality products and services through trade and distribution partners and e-commerce platforms
• A sense of country and commitment to advocating reading and literacy improvement
• Bachelor’s degree in any related field
• Internet savvy and with excellent business writing skills in both English and Filipino
• Excellent communication and negotiating skills.
• Self-starter and works with minimal supervision
• Highly organized and with good time-management skills
• Works well with a team
