Visual Management Inspector - Quezon City

• Inspection Accuracy Rate: 100% of correctly identified defects.
• First-Pass Quality Rate: 100% of products passing the first inspection without issues.
• Defect Detection Rate: 100% of defective units identified per shift.
• Reporting Compliance: Accuracy and completeness of defect documentation.
• Adherence to Quality Standards: 100% Compliance with company inspection protocols
• Perform other tasks to be assigned from time to time

• Associate degree or certification in quality control, manufacturing, or a related field is a plus.
• Previous experience in quality control, inspection, or manufacturing is preferred.
• Can speak and write English and Tagalog
• Knowledgeable in MS Office, Operating System and PC Hardware
• Familiarity with quality control and inspection. Understanding of product specifications and technical drawings. Basic troubleshooting skills to identify root causes of defects. Ability to operate visual inspection equipment and automation tools if applicable.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Organized with the ability to prioritize and multi-task.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to collect data and efforts to improve the integrity of the in-house database.
• Ability to memorize the protocol guidelines.
