What is this role about?
This person will record and monitor inventory movement as well as process documents of all approved lubes sales orders (SO) transactions.
What will YOU do?- Arrange stacking of lubes products in accordance to established scheme and storage requirement
- Monitor approved requests and SO through email and NetSuite system, respectively, includes checking of unlifted orders
- Dispatch lubes products as approved with proper documentation
- Recommend and design improvement for Product Insurance coverage (Stockthroughput Marine Insurance)
- Check items received and issued versus supporting documents
- Inventory cycle counting and reconciliation of variances
- Encode inventory movement transactions such as receiving and issuances
- Monitor and record inventory balances
- Prepare releasing documents such as Picking List and Delivery Receipt/MRIF and inventory reports
- Transmit collated acknowledged DR
Qualifications/Requirements
What will YOU need?/- Open to a 6-day work schedule
- Must be willing to do fieldwork and be relocated
- Physically fit - willing to work on weekends, holidays, and shifting schedule
