PRODUCTION ENGINEERING PROCESS/PRODUCT ENGINEER

Job Qualifications:

• Male or Female
• 3-5 years experience
• Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Mechanical / Electronics / Industrial / Electrical
• Fresh graduate is welcome.
• Physically fit; willing to render overtime if needed
• With or without experience
• With good analytical skills
• Possess organizational and leadership
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Job Responsibilities:

• Trainable in Production/Process Engineering
• Organize workflow and ensure that the team understand their duties/delegated task.
• In-charge on the line assembly for the ST value and production efficiency.
• Ensure key deliverables of department goals are met and communicate them to your subordinates.
• Take precautionary measures in case of any machine trouble
• Improve the safety of the production environment.
• Conduct education, training plan and implementation in the department personnel.
• Study of production efficiency and improvement.
• Able to asses, identify talents, and motivate team to improve performance.
• Check the progress of the production line and perform a patrol check in the process. When the SOP follows.
• Facilitate implementation of 5'S at work place.
• Do cleaning the work place after the end of work.
• Encode assembly monitoring data and attend QC meeting for defective measures to be held on every week. (Tuesday)
• Quality Review / analyze / countermeasure / effect related on the assembly data encoded.
