Basic Function:
The Curation Team Leader oversees task assignments and completions for multiple Research Micro teams, ensuring they meet agreed cycle times and quality standards. They manage high-priority projects from platinum customers, complete performance reports for supervisors and clients, and coach Research Team Leaders.The manager leads improvement projects, supports the Recorded Future Manila organization, and conducts regular meetings with teams and clients. They audit task quality, handle complex escalations, and serve as a backup for supervisors. Additionally, they provide training for analysts and engage in personal and career development activities.
Specific Duties and Responsibilities:
Oversee, together with the Research Team Leaders, balanced task assignment and task completion within agreed cycle time and quality for multiple Research Micro teams.
Manage high priority & huge research curation project tasks from platinum customers assigned by POC.
Complete required performance reports of the multiple Research Micro teams to be presented to the next level supervisor/s and Recorded Future clients.
Manage performance ofindividual Research Team leaders through regular coaching, feedback and evaluation.
Lead improvement projects and activities within or outside the multiple Research Micro teams.
Lead activities to support the whole Recorded Future Manila organization, as assigned.
Conduct regular meetings with the Research Micro team and with Recorded Future clients.
Conduct skip level meetings with the multiple Research Micro teams.
Conduct quality audits of tasks completed by the Research Team Leads and Research Micro teams.
Act as next level escalation for complex tasks unresolved by the Research Team Leader.
Act as back-up for immediate supervisor or Research Team Leader, as needed.
Conduct additional training for analysts, as required by Training Lead.
Other activities for personal and career development, as assigned.
Quality & Information Security Management
Protect client-supplied and generated for client information from unauthorized access, disclosure, modification, destruction or interference (see also Table of Offenses).
Carry out tasks as assigned and are aligned with particular processes or activity related to information security.
Report any potential or committed non-conformity, observation and/or security event or risks to immediate superior.
Assist Internal Audit Team during internal audits of assigned projects
Requirements:
Bachelor's or College Degree in a relevant field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in a research or related role.
Proven experience in team and project management.
Strong understanding of data management and information security practices.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Proficient in using JIRA and other relevant tools.
Qualifications:
Ability to read and understand information and determine its relevance.
Highly skilled in analyzing and manipulating spreadsheet data (e.g., Google Sheets).
Internet savvy.
Strong written and oral communication skills in English.
Capable of working independently to meet tight deadlines and adapt to changing processes.
Motivated, proactive, and driven to achieve objectives.
Analytical, organized, and results-oriented.
Knowledgeable in best practice security frameworks, risk assessment methodologies, industry-recognized IT audit and controls standards, and other industry resources.
