Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze market trends, identify opportunities, and adapt strategies accordingly.
  • Set ambitious yet achievable sales targets and quotas.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive sales and distribution strategies aligned with company objectives.
  • Lead, motivate, and coach sales and distribution teams, fostering a high-performance culture.
  • Recruit, train, and mentor team members, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge to succeed.
  • Provide regular feedback and performance evaluations.
  • Manage the entire sales process, from lead generation to closing deals.
  • Develop and implement effective sales processes and procedures.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement.
  • Oversee all aspects of the distribution network, ensuring efficient and timely delivery of products.
  • Negotiate contracts with logistics providers and carriers.
  • Manage inventory levels and optimize warehouse operations.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients.
  • Understand client needs and proactively address their concerns.
  • Ensure client satisfaction and loyalty.
  • - Cross-functional Collaboration:
  • - Work closely with other departments, such as marketing, product development, and finance.
  • Collaborate on joint initiatives and projects.
  • Communicate effectively with all stakeholders.

  • Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop high-performing teams.
  • Extensive experience in sales and distribution, with a strong understanding of industry best practices.
  • Ability to develop and implement effective sales and distribution strategies.
  • Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to identify and resolve problems effectively.
  • Deep understanding of the specific industry and market in which the company operates.
