About the role
MCArki Architectural Design is seeking an experienced MEPFS (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Safety) Designer to join our dynamic team in Mandaluyong City, Metro Manila. As a full-time MEPFS Designer, you will be responsible for creating detailed designs and drawings for the mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire safety systems of our architectural projects.
What you'll be doing- Producing detailed MEPFS designs and drawings using CAD software
- Collaborating with architects, engineers, and clients to ensure MEPFS systems meet project requirements and local building codes
- Conducting site visits to gather necessary information for MEPFS system designs
- Coordinating with project managers to ensure MEPFS designs are completed on time and within budget
- Staying up-to-date with the latest MEPFS technologies, regulations, and industry best practices
- Providing technical support and answering queries from clients and construction teams
- Degree in Architectural, Civil, or Mechanical Engineering, or a related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience as an MEPFS Designer in the architectural or construction industry
- Proficient in using CAD software, such as AutoCAD, Revit, or BIM tools
- Excellent technical skills and understanding of MEPFS systems and their integration with architectural designs
- Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills to address complex design challenges
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams
- Familiarity with local building codes and regulations related to MEPFS systems
