Product Specialist

The Product Specialist will help monitor all aspects of a product lifecycle, including long/short-term product development and marketing. Works with the marketing and product management team, to give their in-depth knowledge of products versus the current competition in the market.

Job Description:

• Assist in developing and implementing a comprehensive marketing plan for the assigned brand, including business reviews, strategy development, forecasting, budgeting, and profit projections.
• Partner with the sales team to optimize product availability and visibility, ensuring performance targets are consistently met or exceeded.
• Drive product growth by initiating and managing trade and consumer promotions to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
• Conduct competitive analysis to identify product and market opportunities for growth and innovation.
• Monitor and collaborate with internal teams, external partners, and agencies for the seamless execution of marketing plans while maintaining budget control.
• Assess the effectiveness of marketing strategies and campaigns, making data-driven adjustments to improve outcomes.
• Prepare detailed marketing reports summarizing achievements, challenges, and actionable insights.
• Engage in field visits to assess trade distribution, merchandising strategies, and competitive activities, providing valuable on-the-ground insights.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Experience in brand marketing, sales, or product management is preferred.
• Strong analytical and project management skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
• Willingness to travel and engage in fieldwork.
