Job Summary
- Conduct high-volume outbound cold calls to prospects from the provided lead list within HubSpot CRM. Target potential clients currently utilizing ERP systems such as Microsoft Dynamics, Epicor, or Syteline, as well as clients needing analytics support with Power BI.
- Clearly articulate the value proposition of the client and solutions relevant to the prospect & needs.
- Qualify leads based on established criteria and identify decision-makers. Successfully schedule qualified appointments or discovery calls for the client & sales team.
- Collaborate closely with the agency team and the client to refine call scripts and strategies. Maintain accurate and detailed records of all call activities, prospect interactions, and appointment outcomes within HubSpot CRM.
- Meet or exceed targets for daily/weekly call volume and scheduled appointments.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Senior Sales Representative, Telemarketing Executive, Sales Development Representative (SDR), or Business Development Representative (BDR), particularly within the IT or software sales industry.
- Demonstrated track record of success in high-volume cold calling and appointment setting. Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills. Strong ability to engage prospects, handle objections, and qualify leads effectively.
- Familiarity with ERP systems (Microsoft Dynamics, Epicor, Syteline) and/or Business Intelligence tools (Power BI) is highly desirable.
- Experience using CRM systems is required; specific experience with HubSpot is a significant advantage. Target-driven with a persistent approach to outreach.
