• Client Interaction & Relationship Building:
• Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and translate these into tailored technical solutions.
• Offer expert recommendations on technology trends, best practices, and suitable

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and long-term cooperation.
• Solution Design & System Architecture:
• Lead the design and development of customized technical solutions that meet client requirements and adhere to industry standards.
• Assess and review existing systems to identify areas for enhancement and propose viable solutions.
• Work alongside cross-functional teams to design scalable, secure, and efficient technical architectures.
• Solution Implementation & Integration:
• Supervise the implementation of technology solutions, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.
• Coordinate the integration of different systems and platforms, ensuring they work together seamlessly.
• Conduct technical reviews to ensure the solutions align with the client’s objectives and meet high standards.
• Project Management & Team Leadership:
• Guide project teams by providing direction, support, and technical expertise.
• Manage project timelines, deliverables, and resources to ensure the success of each project.
• Provide mentorship to junior consultants, supporting their development in both technical and client-facing aspects.
• Problem-Solving & Technical Support:
• Identify and resolve complex technical issues proactively, developing creative solutions to overcome challenges.
• Troubleshoot system and application problems, providing timely resolutions to clients.
• Ensure that solutions continue to operate optimally after deployment and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Documentation & Reporting
• Prepare detailed technical documentation, such as solution designs, guides, and manuals.
• Provide regular reports and status updates for clients and internal teams.
• Innovation & Continuous Learning:
• Keep abreast of new technologies and industry trends.
• Promote the use of new tools, technologies, and methods to enhance solution delivery.
• Contribute to the internal knowledge base and best practices.

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field. A relevant professional certification is advantageous.
• Minimum of 7+ years of progressive experience in IT roles within the fintech industry, with a proven track record of successful leadership and strategic planning.
• Advanced knowledge of system architecture, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), networking, databases, and application development.
• Experience leading teams, designing solutions, and producing technical documentation.
• Excellent communication abilities, both written and verbal, with the capacity to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Leadership abilities, including experience in mentoring and guiding junior team members.
• Skilled at managing multiple projects, prioritizing tasks, and meeting deadlines.
• Client-focused with a deep understanding of business goals.
