We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chief Supervisor to lead our Surface Treatment Department. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring production efficiency, maintaining safety and quality standards, and providing leadership to the department’s personnel.

Job Description:

Assign personnel to operations.
Train personnel and insure quality and quantity of work.
Schedule Production Operations to meet production schedule.
Responsible for department efficiency, utilization and productivity.
Handle employee relations with the assistance of Human Resources Department.
Complete annual performance reviews.
Strong supervisory and communication skills.
Interact with other supervisors to meet goals operations.
Implement safety program.
Provides consultation, guidance and technical assistance on matters related to workplace safety and security,

including assisting in the development of department.

Coordinate to Taiwan office from time to time in Mandarin language.
Accomplish and must follow all tasks assigned or mandated by the management.

Qualifications/Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Technology, or a related field (preferred).
Any related trainings/license is a plus
Able to communicate with Taiwan and Philippines branch
Proficiency in Mandarin and Taiwanese (spoken and written)
At least 10 years of relevant experience in surface treatment or finishing operations, with a minimum of 5 years in a supervisory or leadership role.
Must hold a valid Certificate of Completion in administering the Multi-Tek Chinese ERP System for Surface Treatment
Strong knowledge of surface treatment processes and equipment.
Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
Ability to analyze production data and implement improvements.
Familiarity with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
