Senior Associate, Marketing, Influencer Management

What You Will Do:

• Strategic Partnerships: Support the team in creating best-in-class, high-impact collaborations to expand Klook's local presence and drive customer acquisition.
• Kreator Relationships: Collaborate with Kreators, onboard new talent, and co-create innovative projects to grow and enhance the Klook Kreator program.
• Growth Initiatives: Implement creative strategies through co-marketing campaigns, product partnerships, and promotions tailored to the Kreator program.
• Campaigns Optimization: Oversee campaign performance, analyze results, and identify opportunities for improvement and scalability.
• Partnerships Management: Negotiate and execute partnership agreements while ensuring compliance with guidelines, templates, and checklists.

What You Will Need:

• Experience in Digital Content & Social Media: 3+ years of experience in digital content creation, social media marketing, or related fields, with a strong focus on video content for platforms like TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and Facebook.
• Proficiency in TikTok & Video Production: Proven expertise in creating engaging TikTok content and producing high-quality videos.
• Understanding of Social Media Strategy: Basic knowledge of social media strategy, with familiarity in planning and executing campaigns; advanced skills are a plus.
• Strong Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English to engage effectively with Kreators and stakeholders.
• Passion for Travel & Trends: A deep passion for travel and a keen ability to identify and leverage emerging industry and market trends.
