Job Title: Accounts Receivable Specialist
Responsibilities:
Provide assistance and office support to the Operations Executive via organizing and maintaining confidential files, handling confidential information and documents
Follows up on collections of past-due accounts receivable through calling, emailing, texting, and reaching out to clients
Preparing documents for bank-related transactions
Monitors and updates account receivables on a weekly basis
Prepares and submits Statement of Account report to remind delinquent customers of their long overdue payments
Records, checks, and updates all account receivable payments and received invoices in Netsuite
Updates the account receivable in Trello and Netsuite
All other duties and responsibilities that the company requires from time to time
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Business Management is highly advantageous
At least 1-2 years relevant experience working in a similar position, providing administrative support preferable in a warehousing or logistics company
Work management including planning, prioritizing, organizing tasks to effectively meet deadlines and achieve specific results
Strong communication skills including listening actively, expressing oneself in a clear and concise manner, and appropriate written communication skills
Information-management skills including collecting, reviewing, and monitoring require information
Sound decision-making skills including using sound judgment and logical processes to arrive at an appropriate decision
Takes initiative and has strong problem-solving skills
Excellent coordination and logistics skills
Ability to make decisions without close supervision, and must be accurate, efficient, and capable of handling detailed work assignments
Proven ability to work independently and self-motivated but also a team player
Proficiency in-office procedures, office equipment operation, and computer software programs
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite with knowledge in CRM such as Netsuite is highly advantageous
Ability to maintain self-control and complete tasks with frequent interruptions
