Job Description:

• Manage the team in providing excellent marketing operations activities for our client
• Lead and deliver complex client engagements that help identify, design and implement creative business solutions for the company
• Provide excellent customer service and determine the needs of the client
• Implement and oversee the quality of deliverables and manage team relationships effectively to ensure exceptional performance
• Participate in the development and presentation of proposals for business development
• Balance the needs of key stakeholders and ensure the teams they are involved with are aware of the combined end goals
• Manage and drive performance from the Asst. Operations Managers in meeting SLAs and KPIs
• Lead multiple LOBs

Qualifications/Requirements

Qualification (Education, Experience, Professional License, Skills Certification, Specialized Training):

• At least 5 years of managing Events / Marketing - in person or virtual/digital events (local, international, or freelance)
• At least 5 years experience as a BPO Operations Manager handling Customer Service line of businesses
• Good knowledge and solid experience using Microsoft Teams Meetings, Microsoft Teams Live Events, ON24, and Marketo
• Applicants must be willing to work onsite in Eastwood, Quezon City, Metro Manila
• Preferably Managers specializing in Customer Service or equivalent
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, any field
