POSITION: VICE-PRESIDENT FOR MECHANICAL

CONSTRUCTION (JOB GRADE 7)

Job Description:

Mainly responsible for the review of contract documents, drawings, specifications and bid documents of assigned project.
Prepare, control and execute project budget.
Handle the overall planning and scheduling of the project.
Monitor progress of works and ensure compliance to construction program.
Report to higher management the status, problems and concerns on the project.

Qualifications/Requirements

Must have 10+ years of experience in the area of construction. management including 3 years in a leadership or supervisory position.
Demonstrable experience building, leading and developing teams.
Ability to build consensus and relationship among executive and working groups.
Experience in Project Management is preferred.
Competence with Microsoft Office Suite.
