Muntinlupa - Accounting Assistant

Role Overview

Cosmetique Asia Corporation is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Accounting Assistant to join our finance team in our Quezon City office. In this full-time role, you will assist the Accounting Manager in maintaining accurate financial records and supporting key accounting processes to ensure the smooth operation of the business.

• Assist in the preparation and maintenance of financial statements, ledgers, and other accounting records
• Process and record accounts receivable transactions
• Reconcile bank statements and other accounts on a regular basis
• Provide administrative support to the Accounting team, including filing, data entry, and correspondence
• Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders, such as suppliers and clients, to address financial inquiries and resolve discrepancies
• Contribute to the implementation of new accounting procedures and systems to enhance efficiency
• Assist with the preparation of financial reports and ad-hoc analyses as required

• Open for Fresh Graduate with a Bachelor Degree related to Business Accounting and Finance
• With at least 1year of experience in an Accounting Assistant or similar role, preferably in the FMCG company.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, practices, and procedures
• Proficient in using accounting software, spreadsheets, and other financial reporting tools
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and handle multiple tasks effectively
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
