The Facilities Officer will have a shared responsibility with the facilities Manager, for the security, maintenance and services of work facilities to ensure that they meet the needs of the Plant and its employees. The Facilities officer is In-charge in the absence of the Facilities Manager.
In general, the facilities officer oversees and maintains the company's estate and or operational area. He/she takes care of the buildings and grounds and maintains them regularly, including buildings common area, parking areas, specialized equipment and utilities.He/she also supervise the staff under the facilities group. He/she coordinates any third-party service providers that the organization might use to maintain the property.
Qualifications/Requirements- Must be a registered Civil Engineer with At least 3 yrs experience as a Supervisor
- Male 30 to 40 Yrs old
- Willing to relocate in Mabalacat Pampanga
