[ref. g05435318] Warehouse and Logistics Assistant Manager (Malabon City) - Quezon City

Job Overview:

We are currently seeking a motivated and experienced Warehouse and Logistics Assistant Manager to support our operations and help drive efficiency, accuracy, and organization in our warehouse and logistics functions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in managing daily warehouse operations, including receiving, ordering, storing, and shipping products
• Coordinate and monitor logistics processes and workflows to ensure timely deliveries and optimal inventory management
• Supervise and support warehouse staff; provide training and ensure adherence to safety and quality standards
• Oversee inventory control, stock accuracy, FIFO, and cycle counts
• Collaborate with other departments (e.g., procurement, sales, customer service) to ensure smooth operations
• Assist in developing and implementing process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs
• Ensure compliance with company policies and health and safety regulations
• Support the preparation of reports and analysis related to warehouse KPIs and logistics performance

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or any related field (or equivalent experience) in Warehouse and Logistics operations
• 3+ years of experience in warehouse or logistics operations, with at least 2 years in supervisory or assistant management role
• Strong understanding of inventory control systems, warehouse management system, and logistics operations
• Excellent leadership, organizational and problem-solving skills, capable of motivating and leading a team, and results-oriented with a responsible mindset
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities
• Excellent good decision-making, communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills
• Proficiency in Google and Microsoft applications, with an ability to adapt to and utilize the latest technology
• Demonstrates good work ethics and a strong sense of morals
• Preference for residents of Malabon, Caloocan, Navotas, Valenzuela or nearby areas who are willing to be assigned in Malabon City.
