Job Description:
- Project Monitoring & Reporting: Oversee project plan execution, ensure plan accuracy, and update progress reports. Take ownership of the plan’s completion and correctness.
- Project Scheduling & Coordination: Develop and maintain project schedules, activity breakdown structures, and allocate resources effectively across teams and subcontractors.
- Site Monitoring: Track daily site progress, collect data, and escalate issues to ensure smooth execution.
- Change Order Management: Handle internal, subcontractor, and client change orders with efficiency and professionalism.
- Communication: Provide regular project status updates to project managers, team members, clients, and stakeholders.
- Project Control Systems: Ensure project control systems and databases are maintained with accuracy and up-to-date information.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement an integrated project plan based on contractual and project-specific requirements. Ensure the plan’s feasibility and alignment across all involved parties.
- Organize cross-functional teams to implement the project in line with the integrated plan.
- Monitor project progress, identify issues, and implement effective solutions to ensure timely project delivery.
- Routinely track project data and provide feedback on performance, ensuring alignment with project goals.
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications, Engineering, Electronics, Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- PMP and/or relevant certifications preferred.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of advanced experience in wireless project management.
- Experience in bid planning and project management.
- Strong presentation and communication skills.
- Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Microsoft Project.
- A solid work ethic and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
