Job Overview:
We are looking for a meticulous and organized Accounting Clerk to become part of our team. The ideal candidate will possess a degree in accounting or a related business field, along with a solid understanding of essential business operations (P2P, R2R, S2C).

Familiarity with US GAAP is beneficial but not mandatory.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage Financial Records: Ensure accurate financial records by recording transactions, reconciling accounts, and preparing reports.
  • Invoice and Payment Processing: Handle accounts payable and receivable duties, including coding, entering, and processing invoices and payments.
  • Conduct Audits: Carry out internal audits to ensure the accuracy of financial records and adherence to company policies.
  • Prepare Journal Entries: Create and post journal entries for various transactions, including adjustments and accruals.
  • Account Reconciliation: Reconcile bank statements, vendor invoices, and other accounts to ensure accuracy and resolve discrepancies.
  • Collaborate with Stakeholders: Communicate with internal teams, clients, vendors, and other departments to resolve financial issues and provide relevant information.
  • Organize Financial Documents: Maintain and organize financial records by sorting, filing, and archiving documents.
  • Assist in Financial Reporting: Help in the preparation of financial reports by collecting and analyzing data.
  • Support Budgeting and Forecasting: Contribute to the development and tracking of budgets and forecasts.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting or a related business field.
  • Prior experience is preferred, but fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Knowledge of US GAAP is advantageous but not required.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
  • Familiarity with Oracle or SAP is a plus.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact with colleagues, clients, and stakeholders.
  • Ability to identify issues and offer solutions in financial processes.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret financial data, identify trends, and make informed decisions.
  • Attention to detail in recording and reviewing financial transactions to ensure accuracy.
  • Ability to work on a hybrid schedule during night shifts in BGC, Taguig.
