HR Specialist

We’re looking for an HR Specialist to support our growing team in Dumaguete. You'll take on a broad range of HR responsibilities — from onboarding new hires to supporting employee engagement — and help create a positive, people-centered workplace.

• Manage employee onboarding and offboarding
• Maintain employee records and ensure HR policies are followed
• Provide day-to-day support for employee questions and needs
• Organize employee engagement activities and wellness initiatives
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and company standards
• Support a positive, collaborative, and growth-oriented environment

• 2+ years of experience in HR, preferably in a generalist role
• Strong communication and people skills
• Organized, proactive, and comfortable working independently
• Familiarity with HR best practices and labor regulations
• A genuine passion for building strong teams and great workplaces

• Full-time, onsite in Dumaguete
