RESPONSIBILITIES:

This position is responsible for managing the performance of call center representatives/ agents in operations focused on developing, tracking, monitoring, coaching, analyzing and providing feedback on performance.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • At least 2 years recent experience as a Team Leader
  • Proven experience managing a US Telco Sales Account
  • Has experience managing both CSAT/NPS/VOC and Sales KPIs
  • Strong command of English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Bachelor’s/College Degree is preferred.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including graveyard shifts.
  • Must be available to work on-site in Taguig.
