WE ARE HIRING FOR WAREHOUSE CLERK FOR QUINCY SUPERMARKET!!

Working Schedule: 6 days in a week

JOB LOCATION: D. TUAZON BRGY. MAHARLIKA QUEZON CITY (Near Banawe QC)

Primary Responsibility:

The Warehouse staff is expected to perform an array of functions that may include receiving and processing incoming stock deliveries, managing bad orders and deposits. He is also tasked to manage cleanliness, organizing, and retrieving stocks in the warehouse.

Major Responsibilities:

  1. Oversees the warehouse department.
  2. Ensuring cleanliness, tidiness, and safety of working environment
  3. Ensures that Merchandisers are wearing warehouse pass before entering to warehouse
  4. Ensures merchandisers wear proper uniform while in the warehouse premises.
  5. Timely and accurate reports of damage items, near expiry and expired items.
  6. Timely report pest bites, over stocking and unavailable stocks
  7. Effectively organize bad orders
  8. Ensures and maintains stock is good according to prescribed stocking level.
  9. Always ensure that all electric fans, lights, and other electronics devices are properly turned off before leaving the area.
  10. Ensuring all items are on FEFO (First to Expired First Out)
  11. Ensuring bad orders are pulled out immediately and has undergone proper documentation process
  12. Accurately creates and issues accurate BO form to the delivery team.
  13. Efficiently coordinates with the receiving staff on deliveries schedules.
  14. Timely and accurately conducts inventory and efficiently suggests purchase orders
  15. Ensures accuracy of inventory by conducting daily/weekly physical counts, reconciling variances and efficiently relays the reports to Operations Manager and Purchasing Staff to improve quality control
  16. Effectively monitors inventory level in the warehouse and sends reports of inventory level weekly or upon necessary.
  17. Properly improves and/or develops warehouse work processes through strategic planning to create a more efficient fulfillment system.
  18. Manages efficient receipt, storage, and dispatch of stocks.
  19. Ensure products have accurate price before withdrawing to selling area
  20. Communicate properly and cooperate with supervisors and co-workers
  21. Follow standard procedures and comply with procedures, rules and regulations of the company.
  22. Perform other tasks that may be assigned by Immediate Head and Management.

Qualifications:

  • Must be a graduate of a 4-year course or an equivalent thereof
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a related field (Supermarket industry)
  • Knowledge in communication, category management
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (MSExcel and MSword)
  • Strong writing and communication skills
  • Time Management and Strategic
  • Strong organization and leadership skills
  • Ability to handles subordinates
  • Able to lift at least 25 kgs.
