Purchasing Assistant - Quezon City

We seek a driven and organized Purchasing Assistant to join our team at Regal Palace. In this role, you will support our procurement processes and ensure the timely and cost-effective acquisition of materials and supplies to keep our manufacturing operations running smoothly.
This is a full-time position based in Ermita, Manila.
Key responsibilities- Assist in the preparation and processing of purchase orders, requisitions, and other procurement documentation.
- Coordinate with suppliers to obtain competitive quotes, negotiate pricing, and manage delivery schedules.
- Maintain accurate records and inventory levels of materials and supplies.
- Follow up on purchase orders and liaise with stakeholders to ensure on-time delivery.
- Support the development and implementation of purchasing policies and procedures.
- Provide administrative support to the procurement team as needed.
- At least 6 months of experience in a purchasing or procurement role, but not required.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and work under pressure.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with internal teams and external suppliers.
- Proficiency in using spreadsheets and other relevant business tools.
- A keen eye for detail and a commitment to maintaining accurate records and inventory data.
- A proactive and solutions-oriented approach to problem-solving.
