Research and Development Manager
Job responsibilities: Project Management: Overseeing multiple R&D projects, managing timelines, budgets, and resources. Team Leadership: Leading and motivating R&D teams, including engineers, scientists, and technicians. Research and Analysis: Conducting market research, analyzing customer needs, and identifying opportunities for innovation.
Product Development: Developing new product concepts, prototypes, and specifications, ensuring they meet market demands and technical requirements. Budgeting and Financial Management: Managing R&D budgets, allocating resources, and ensuring projects stay on track financially.Collaboration: Collaborating with other departments, such as marketing, sales, and operations, to ensure seamless product development and launch.
Innovation and Creativity: Fostering a culture of innovation within the R&D team, encouraging creativity and experimentation. Technical Expertise: Possessing strong technical knowledge and understanding of relevant industries and technologies.Problem-Solving: Addressing technical challenges and finding solutions to ensure project success.
Communication: Clearly communicating R&D goals, progress, and challenges to stakeholders. Job qualifications: Must be a graduate of Industrial Design, Architecture, or Interior Design. With 5 years in design/manufacturing or related industries in a managerial capacity.
With technical skills: Creative, Resourceful, Self-motivated, can draw manually or digitally, Attention to detail. Have management skills: Systematic, Team player, good leadership skills, able to coach/mentor, monitor, and enhance skills. Good in time management.
