JOB SUMMARY

Angelina's Bakeshop is a dynamic and fast-growing organization dedicated to delivering high-quality baked products. We are looking for a skilled IT Tech Support Specialist to join our team and ensure smooth IT operations.

• Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
• Respond to and resolve IT support tickets in a timely and efficient manner.
• Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, printers, and other peripherals.
• Assist employees with software and system-related concerns.
• Maintain IT documentation, including asset inventory and troubleshooting guides.
• Ensure data security and backup procedures are followed.
• Escalate complex issues to higher-level IT staff when necessary.
• Stay updated on emerging technologies and best practices.

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Proven experience in IT support or a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of Windows and Mac operating systems, networking, and troubleshooting methodologies.
• Familiarity with Office 365, and basic cybersecurity principles.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work well with team members and clients.
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
