URGENT HIRING!

We are looking for a responsible ADMIN ASSISTANT to perform a variety of administrative tasks providing support to clients and management, assisting in daily property management office needs and managing our company’s administrative activities.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide and perform general administrative support to Management in related to leasing and managed properties.
  • Monitor, maintain lease and contract documents, and contact information in the property database records.
  • Prepare, assist in negotiation, and preparation of contract or lease documents as well as contract renewals.
  • Manage, monitor punch lists, conduct and coordinate Tenant move in / out procedures.
  • Monitor and coordinate tenants' and management’s concerns and requests are acted upon.
  • Supervise in ensuring the proper documentation and storage of leasing files and management.
  • Assist in calendar and appointment management as needed, scheduling meetings, appointments, and events to optimize efficiency and productivity.

Qualifications:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor/College Degree
  • At least 1 year of working experience in leasing, or any real estate related
  • Willing to be assigned in Woodcrest Residences, Guadalupe Cebu City
  • A team player and with high in written and communication skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office, Google spreadsheet, Drive, Docs
