Job Purpose

The Customer Support Administrator plays a vital role in supporting the Account Management Team by managing administrative tasks that enhance customer retention and improve the overall customer journey. Working closely with the Head of Department and various Account Managers, the Customer Support Administrator ensures that customer support standards are consistently met and improved.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and communicate with customers regarding bad debt and unpaid invoices.
  • Attend regular team meetings to share best practices, provide feedback, and discuss support improvements through the CRM system.
  • Handle customer segmentation, ensuring client information is accurate and up-to-date in the CRM (Microsoft Dynamics).
  • Support Account Managers in marketing promotions by communicating various client incentives throughout the year.
  • Manage monthly email communications sent to clients.
  • Respond to customer inquiries via website live chat tools.
  • Accurately record all communications and opportunities in the CRM system.
  • Develop and maintain a strong knowledge of company solutions, the market, and competitors.
  • Perform other operational tasks as necessary.
  • Update and maintain customer data in the system.
  • Manage the Customer Support inbox to ensure timely responses.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in customer support, administrative, or CRM-related roles (preferably in a B2B environment).
  • Proficiency in CRM systems (experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM is a plus).
  • Experience in handling live chat tools or online customer support platforms.
  • Ability to analyze customer trends and provide actionable insights and suggestions for improvement.
