About the role
We are seeking a friendly and professional Admin Receptionist to join our team at iOPEX Technologies Philippines Inc. in BGC, Taguig. In this full-time, onsite-required position, you will assist the visitors, clients, applicants, and employees.You will also manage and maintain office database; perform other administrative duties; provide secretarial support, including answering queries and managing correspondence (email, phone calls, etc.); maintain Filing Systems (physical and digital) for efficient document organization and retrieval.
What you'll be doing- Receive and respond to procurement-related queries from internal and external stakeholders through various channels, including phone, email, and ticketing system
- Schedule appointments or meetings
- Manage gate pass/work permit
- Process check-in and check-out procedures for visitors/guests/VIPs/applicants
- Greet visitors/guests/VIPs/applicants professionally, answering questions and directing them as needed
- Manage the front desk area, ensuring a clean and organized appearance
- Assist suppliers/vendors for on-site inspections and on-site work/jobs
- Assist in meeting room reservation
- Manage badge access for office and building access
- At least a Senior High graduate
- Excellent customer service skills and a friendly, professional demeanor
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in using office equipment and software, including Microsoft Office
- Ability to multi-task, prioritise and work well under pressure
- A keen eye for detail and a proactive, problem-solving attitude
