• 1 year of relevant work experience required for this role
• Expected salary: ₱25,000 - ₱35,000 per month

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• Professional certifications such as CPA and CMA are a plus.
• 2-4 years of experience in financial planning, budgeting, or financial analysis.
• Previous experience in financial modeling, variance analysis, and budgeting is preferred.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assist in preparing and managing budgets, collaborating with departments, analyzing variances, and providing financial reports.
• Monitor financial performance, prepare models and reports, and conduct cost/profitability analysis.
• Support long-term financial strategy, assess risks/opportunities, and analyze capital expenditures.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities, implement best practices, and streamline financial processes.
• Work with various departments to align financial strategies with company goals.
• Support special financial projects, including profitability studies and financial modeling.
