We are in search for a top-notched Technical Support Engineer who can partner with us strengthen our technical team in the renewable energy industry. If you possess the following qualifications, WE NEED YOU!- Graduate of Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Electronics Engineering
- Must be a licensed EE or ECE
- Strong and Effective English Communicator (both verbal and written)
- Knowledgeable in performing troubleshooting and resolution of incidents through proper investigation, data gathering, identification, and application of workarounds or solutions.

Summary of Job Responsibilities:
The Technical Support Engineer will provide technical solutions to customer concerns regarding their solar panels, inverters and / or batteries and wifi configuration. He/ She will work and communicate closely with the other operating units in the team, installers, customers and business partners to provide high-end customer satisfaction.
Please note that this is a FULL TIME, ON-SITE OFFICE JOB located in Olongapo City.
