Production cost estimator (gov)

Job Description

• Responsible in doing Bill of Materials for every project assigned.
• Provides specification / working drawings as needed for certain projects.
• May supervise the production flow of each project.
• May be responsible for quality control. Ensures to deliver top quality product and services within specifications.
• May attend to the ingress and the egress of each project.
• Abides with all company policies, rules and standards as management promulgate.
• Creates and Managing schedules.
• Coordinates schedules and duty assignments.
• Workflow management.
• Other assignment as may be assigned by the Immediate Superior.

• Graduate of Engineering, Architecture or equivalent
• Knowledge in cost estimates a plus
• Aptitude for technical knowledge and graphic illustrations
• Ability to discriminate between color tones and judge quality work of various materials
• Good Interpersonal skills and can handle work under pressure
• Pro-active and a team player
