A Beauty Consultant provides expert advice and personalized service to customers, helping them choose and use skincare and makeup products that meet their individual needs and goals. They also promote brand loyalty and customer satisfaction through effective communication and product demonstrations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assessing customer needs, understanding their skin types, and offering personalized product recommendations based on their preferences and budget.
- Showcasing how to use and apply various skincare and makeup products, ensuring customers understand their benefits and proper application.
- Addressing customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a friendly and helpful manner, ensuring a positive shopping experience.
- Processing sales, returns, and refunds, maintaining a balanced cash register, and assisting with other retail tasks as needed.
- Staying up-to-date on the latest beauty products, trends, and techniques, allowing them to provide informed and relevant recommendations.
- Identifying opportunities to suggest complementary products and services to enhance customer purchases.
- Maintaining a well-organized and attractive product display, ensuring proper stock levels and presentation.
- Sales Experience is a must.
- Knowledge in handling beauty/skin care product is advantage.
- With good communication skills.
- With a pleasing personality.
- Willing to start ASAP.
