Job Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's Degree in Chemical Engineer or equivalent.
2. Must be a Registered Chemical Technician.
3. At least 2 years work experience as Laboratory Analyst in a Food Manufacturing Company.

Job Description:

1. Reports to QA Supervisor/QA Team Leader as immediate superior.
2. Coordinate daily time schedule in accordance with standard and production’s schedule.
3. Participate in maintaining department’s key performance area on non-conforming products, customer complaints, and audit findings.
4. Responsible in preparation and analysis of all samples on a daily basis.
5. Assures that products are in compliance with the quality and food safety standards set by the company and its customers. Conducts re-checking of non-compliance products to ensure quality and food safety of finished goods.. Coordinates with production and warehouse team for non-conformance and products disposition. Preparation of pre-shipment samples for specific customers approval and compliance to statutory and regulatory requirements.
6. Performs the following direct responsibilities

• Reports deviations to QC Supervisor/QC Team Leader
• Participates in the discussion of root cause analysis, probe and resolve deviations in quality and provides corrective action as required.
• Train assigned asst. laboratory analyst, lab. Aide and OJT’s in following GMP, maintaining the cleanliness of laboratory and to conduct physico-chem analysis.

1. Carry out other functions as required and does other related task that are assigned from time to time by QC Supervisor/QC Team Leader.
