About the Role

Alpha Sports is looking for a friendly and professional Receptionist to join our team at our Makati City branch. As the first point of contact for our customers, you’ll play a key role in creating a positive experience and maintaining the company’s high standards of service.

This full-time position is based in Makati City, Metro Manila, and offers the chance to be part of an exciting, dynamic environment centered around indoor golf and sporting excellence.

What You'll Be Doing

Welcoming and Greeting: Providing a warm, professional welcome to customers, clients, and visitors.
Customer Assistance: Directing customers to the appropriate departments or staff members, ensuring their needs are met.
Phone & Communication: Answering and routing incoming calls in a courteous manner, offering relevant information and support.
Reception Area Management: Maintaining a tidy, well-presented reception area to create a positive first impression.
General Administrative Support: Assisting with tasks like photocopying, filing, data entry, and other office duties as needed.
Stock Management: Ensuring office supplies, including stationery, are consistently well-stocked.

Additional Support: Taking on any other duties that contribute to the smooth operation of the office and indoor golf facility.

What We're Looking For

Previous Experience: A background in customer service or reception, preferably in the retail, sports, or hospitality industry.
Excellent Communication Skills: Ability to engage with a diverse range of customers with a friendly, approachable demeanor.
Organisational Ability: Strong multitasking and prioritisation skills to handle busy periods effectively.
Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in Microsoft Office and standard office equipment.
Attention to Detail: Maintaining high standards of presentation and organisation throughout the office space.
Team Player: A positive, can-do attitude and the ability to collaborate well with others.

Interest in Sports: A passion for sports, particularly indoor golf, is a plus as it’ll help you better connect with customers.
