Manila - Social Media & Content Specialist
ACN Southern Immigration & Education Services is seeking a creative and highly organised Social Media & Content Specialist to join our team and help elevate our online presence across multiple platforms.
The Social Media & Content Specialist will be responsible for creating, curating, and managing content across various social media platforms (TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.), with a particular focus on Facebook and Instagram. The role requires a strong understanding of social media trends, audience engagement, and analytics to drive brand growth and awareness.
We’re looking for someone highly motivated, proactive, and ready to take ownership of social media initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a deep passion for our brand and a strong ability to bring innovative content ideas to life.
Key Responsibilities- Content Creation & Management: Develop engaging and high-quality content (images + video) across all social media platforms, ensuring it aligns with ACN Southern Immigration & Education Services’ branding and voice.
- Copywriting: Write compelling, on-brand copy for social media posts, captions, and advertisements that drive engagement and connect with our audience.
- Photo & Video Shoot Planning & Execution: Organise photoshoot days, develop creative shoot concepts, create detailed briefs, and oversee execution to ensure high-quality, visually appealing content.
- Facebook, Instagram and TikTok-Specific Content: Create, edit, and publish dynamic, trend-focused TikTok and Instagram content that resonates with our audience.
- Content Planning & Strategy: Develop and execute content calendars, social media strategies, and campaign plans to increase brand visibility, engagement, and follower growth.
- Channel Management: Manage and maintain all social media channels, ensuring consistent posting schedules and strong audience engagement.
- Analytics & Reporting: Track, analyse, and report on social media performance, including key metrics such as engagement, reach, and conversion, using insights to refine strategy.
- Trend Monitoring: Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices, implementing new tactics to keep content fresh and relevant.
- Paid Social Media: Assist in managing paid social media campaigns and ads to help achieve business goals and KPIs.
- Project Management: Oversee upcoming content-related projects, ensuring timely execution and alignment with brand objectives.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and management teams to ensure brand consistency across all platforms and campaigns.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar social media and content management role.
- Strong expertise in Facebook, TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn and other key social platforms with a proven track record of driving engagement and follower growth.
- Experience in content strategy, planning, and execution for a professional services brand, ideally in the education, migration, or consulting space.
- Experience in analysing social media metrics and using insights to optimise content strategy.
- Highly organised with excellent project management skills.
- Strong copywriting skills with an ability to create compelling and engaging social media copy.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
