Job Summary:
As the Digital Marketing Specialist, you will take the lead in developing and executing strategic digital marketing initiatives. You'll leverage CRM tools, data analytics, and digital platforms to create personalized donor and participant journeys, boost fundraising efforts, and enhance brand awareness.The ideal candidate will be a tech-savvy marketing professional with a solid foundation in digital campaigns, data analysis, and CRM management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop our CRM to provide automated, targeted messaging on personalized donor and participant journeys.
- Develop CRM data dashboarding to improve decision making.
- Analyse and report on campaigns and trends using digital tools including Google Analytics.
- Work with our specialist agencies to ensure our websites are up to date, on-brand and utilizing best fundraising and SEO practices.
- Provide all-round administrative assistance and advice to the team.
- Bring new ideas across fundraiser acquisition, engagement and retention.
- Ensure our brand and culture is reflected in all communications.
- Work with the team to continually improve all comms and messaging.
- Work with the Running for Premature Babies team to ensure the smooth running of the organization and the development of our reputation.
- Keep up to date with company activities, policies and events.
- Deliver special projects and tasks as reasonably directed.
Key Skills:
- Highly competent with technology and fluent in a range of software.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in English.
- Excellent social media awareness and experience.
- High-level MS Office skills.
- Medium-High level skills with CRM systems, Google Ads and Google Analytics.
- Ability to prioritize individual workload to maximize personal effectiveness.
- Ability to work solo, be flexible, take initiative and work things out.
