Application Developer

JOB SUMMARY

The Application Developer is responsible for developing, implementing, and supporting software applications and hardware components to optimize business processes, ensuring system integrity and reliable operations.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Analyze, design, develop, and implement software applications to improve the company's business process
• Maintain business systems, ensuring the availability, security, and reliability of all programs.
• Troubleshoot and debug software issues, ensuring that all bugs are resolved in a timely manner.
• Create database-driven reports to support operational and management decision-making.
• Conduct end-user training and provide technical support for software applications.

• Conduct hardware and software inventory audits to maintain up-to-date records of IT assets.
• Ensure IT support (hardware and software) and network components are operating at 99.99% uptime, troubleshooting and diagnosing issues as needed and maintaining virus-free systems.
• Ensure the security of company files by conducting IT audits, enforcing admin password changes and restricting unauthorized access to the server room

JOB SPECIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Management, Computer Science, Information Technology; or any related program.
• Proficient in systems analysis, systems development and database programming using VB.Net, ASP .NET, C#, SQL Server, and Crystal Reports
