Company Nurse - Quezon City

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing and is a Registered Nurse
• No minimum experience required
• Computer Savvy
• With good verbal and written communication skills

Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Provides health care and treatment to employees within the legal scope of nursing responsibility such as first-aid treatment, checking of vital signs, health interview, dispensing of medicine;
2. Assess and determine the health status of the employee which includes recommendations like being sent home or back to work;
3. Conducts regular inventory of medicines and medical supplies. Prepares purchase requisition of such as necessary to ensure availability at all times;

1. Responsible for timely processing of attendance and timekeeping for all Tambo-based employees using the Human Resource Capital System (HCMS) and manual (if needed)
2. Provide assistance to employees in submission and follow-up of:

1. SSS Loan Application process
2. PAG-IBIG Loan Applications process

1. Provide Assistance to employees in availing of the following:

1. Issue documents for availing of Philhealth benefits (CF1 and Certificate of Contributions)
2. Provide guidance to employees for availing of Paternity benefit/Maternity Benefit
3. Provide guidance to employees for availing of Sickness benefit
