This is a remote position.

Schedule:

Total hours: 40 hours per week or 8 hours per day
Monday - Friday
9:00 AM - 6:00 PM Irwindale, CA time (or 12:00 AM - 9:00 AM Manila time)
With 1 hour unpaid break in between

Client location or time zone: Irwindale, CA, USA - PDT

Responsibilities:

Manage transition of accounts from departing senior sales representative
Handle existing client relationships and develop new business
Collaborate in building sales processes and scripts
Work with qualified leads from SDR team
Manage both current accounts and new business development

Requirements:

Experience in inside sales role
Background in electronics components industry strongly preferred
Strong relationship management skills
Process development capabilities
Excellent communication skills

Scope:

Full-time position
Managing existing account base
Developing new business opportunities
Future commission structure to be implemented
Potential to manage multiple accounts
