Accounting Specialist

AUTOGLOBAL INC.

We are in search of an outstanding individual to be part of our Accounting team as an ACCOUNTING SPECIALIST.

The perfect fit should posses the following:

• A Bachelor's degree in Accounting/ Finance or equivalent.
• A strong grasp of standard accounting processes.
• Should have at least two (2) years work experience of the same capacity.
• Proficient in using the Excel application.
• With excellent oral and written communication skills.
• With credits and collections experience is an advantage.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Obtaining supplementary information for preparing financial statements.
• Prepares payments by accruing expenses, requesting disbursements and reconciling accounts.
• Inputs necessary accounting data in a system and ensuring that all entries area accurate.
• Process Payables
• Coordinate with branch on forwarding of payable documents to Central Office
• Check proper supporting documents prior to processing of payment
• Check propriety of approvals on supporting documents and the Payment Request
• Process BIR Payments
• Forward the Vendor Bill, Payment Request and all supporting documents to the AP Supervisor for checking and approval
• Forward the approved Vendor Bill to the Group Accounti Manager for final approval and signing of the EWT
